Order Processing

  • After placing your order, it usually takes 1–2 business days to process. Orders placed during weekdays are often handled the same day. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
  • Once processed, the package is shipped and generally arrives within 4–6 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within a few days so you can monitor your shipment through our logistics partner. You can also track your order anytime on our Track & Trace page.

Received a Damaged Product?

We apologize if your item arrives damaged. On such occasions, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not issued on the first report, but if the issue repeats, a full refund will be provided.

Lost Shipment?

If your package is lost or undeliverable due to shipping issues, we will resend it once before offering a refund. Orders not received within 60 days from dispatch may be considered returned.
